Are you a medical facility?

No. HealSuites is not a medical facility. We provide private accommodations designed for comfort. Certified care specialists (CNAs and HHAs) are available through trusted third-party providers.

Do you provide medical care?

We do not provide medical care. All care-related services are offered by licensed third-party providers.

What type of rooms do you offer?

We offer:

- Private Rooms

- Private Suites (with kitchen, living space, and extra privacy)
There are no shared rooms in any HealSuites property.

Are the rooms recovery-friendly?

Yes. Our rooms are equipped with:

- Adjustable comfort beds
- Soft linens
- Mobility-friendly layouts

How much does it cost to stay at HealSuites?

1. Private Rooms: starting at $197/night

2. Private Suites: starting at $297/night

Are chef-prepared meals included?

Meals are available as an optional add-on, prepared by a professional chef and delivered daily.

Can someone stay with me?

Yes, we allow one adult companion.
Some properties may have additional charges depending on room type.

What is your cancellation policy?

- Full refund if canceled 7+ days before check-in

- Partial refund if canceled 3–6 days before

- No refund within 48–72 hours of check-in

What kind of support do the Certified Care Specialists provide?

- Monitoring comfort and notifying your clinic if needed
- Emotional reassurance
- Basic daily routines

**They do not provide medical treatment, injections, wound care, or medication administration.

Do you offer transportation?

Yes. You can add:

- Airport transfers
- Clinic transportation
- Mobility-friendly rides

Booking & Stay

How do I reserve a room?

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance, especially during busy Miami procedure seasons.

How long can I stay?

Your stay can be as flexible as your recovery.
Most guests stay 3–7 days, and extended stays are available.
Please inform us ahead of time if you'd like to extend, and we’ll ensure your suite remains reserved.

Is there a staff on-site?

HealSuites team members oversee operations and property readiness.
Support staff (CNAs/HHAs, chefs, massage therapists) arrive only when scheduled.

Do you allow smoking or vaping?

All HealSuites properties are non-smoking.

How is my privacy protected?

We do not disclose guest information.
Each room or suite is private, and no shared accommodations are used.
